You're replacing a sun-faded, road-battered, barely sealed access hatch that's been holding on by a thread since your last trip. You pull it off, line up the new one, and it fits. Like it was made for your rig from the start. Because it was.

Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our B&B RV multi-purpose hatch with key lock and an empty back in black. So folks, when we say empty back just means it's like a pass through. So you can put stuff through here if you need to. It mounts to the RV's outer wall to cover service points, wiring, those kind of things. It does have a key included, so you can lock this or unlock it as needed.
And then of course when it's open, you could access whatever you're passing through there, maybe it's wiring, those kind of things you wanna keep off limit and locked. You do get the hatch here. You get the outside cutout here where the bugle tape would sit with the bugle tape. And then of course, your screws for mounting it are included as well. And they will go right through here.
And whenever those go through the bugle tape and into the wall, the camper RV, they're gonna kind of squish everything tight, make it a nice water tight seal. Overall I got seven and five eighths long by six and a half tall. And on the cutout, I got five and seven eighths long by four and three quarters tall. It is made of a UV stable black plastic, so it's gonna resist cracking and fading. And that's gonna wrap it up for our look together.
I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
Happy to have it.

Looks like a fine access door. I have yet to install it but the unit seems complete. Just what I needed.
The door itself was good quality. The lock used was of poor quality, using only a cheap clip to hold it in place. The lock would not hold the top of the door closed, which would let the tv tires throw water right into the compartment the door was attached to. Purchased another lock that used a nut to hold the lock securely in place and the door is now closed properly.
